abc1 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the abc1 platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered account holders who place bets or play casino games. By using the abc1 platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding legal agreement with abc1 and confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 Amendments to These Terms

abc1 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the abc1 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amended provision, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

1.4 Age Restriction

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. abc1 does not knowingly permit persons under 18 to register accounts or engage in any gambling activity on the platform. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited. 18+ only. Play responsibly.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an abc1 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended abc1 account;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close associate of abc1 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are not a person who has been self-excluded from the abc1 platform.

2.2 Registration Process

To open an abc1 account, you must complete the registration process available at the abc1 Login page and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration is truthful and kept up to date.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered abc1 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. abc1 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, abc1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances, including bonus funds, winnings, and pending withdrawals.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

abc1 may request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a change of account details, or where abc1 has reason to believe that account information is inaccurate. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address (dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

2.5 Bangladesh Players

abc1 is designed and operated primarily for players based in Bangladesh. All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and supported by local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws in their place of residence.

3. Account Rules & Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abc1 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. abc1 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify abc1 of a security breach.

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication

abc1 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS one-time password (OTP) for enhanced account security. We strongly recommend that all players enable 2FA. abc1 accepts no liability for unauthorised account access where 2FA was available to the player but not activated.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all personal information held on your abc1 account is accurate and current at all times. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or bank account details — you must update your account profile promptly. abc1 is not responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from inaccurate account information.

3.4 Account Currency

All abc1 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. abc1 does not apply currency conversion charges, and all deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are processed in BDT at the amounts displayed on the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abc1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the payment account is held in a name other than your abc1 account name — are prohibited and will result in reversal of the transaction and possible account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed in the abc1 cashier at the time of deposit. bKash and Nagad deposits typically process within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. abc1 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the abc1 payments team within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, subject to completion of KYC verification. abc1 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is complete. abc1 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.5 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Players must not initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute against any abc1 transaction through their payment provider without first raising the matter with the abc1 support team. Initiating an unjustified chargeback is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and recovery of any chargeback amounts through legal means if necessary.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the abc1 sportsbook are subject to the applicable betting rules for the relevant sport or event. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers series, and ICC tournaments — are governed by abc1's cricket betting rules, which are available in the sports betting section of the platform. In-play bets are subject to additional rules regarding connection interruptions and match suspensions.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

abc1 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed following an error in odds, where a market has been suspended, or where abc1 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or irregular betting activity. Bets are only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation message. abc1 is not responsible for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

5.3 Casino and Live Casino Rules

Casino games — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — are governed by the rules of the individual game, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on abc1's server, the server result shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes.

5.4 Crash Games

Crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, operate using a provably fair random number generation (RNG) algorithm. The multiplier at which a crash game terminates is determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by abc1 or any player. Players accept that crash games involve an inherent risk of loss on every round and that past multiplier outcomes do not predict or influence future rounds.

5.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in the odds or game outcome, abc1 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. abc1 is under no obligation to honour bets or payouts that result from a technical error, regardless of whether funds have already been credited to a player's account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria set out in the applicable promotion terms. abc1 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where abc1 suspects that a player is exploiting a promotional offer in bad faith.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limit, and maximum withdrawal amount applicable to each bonus are stated in the promotion terms at the time the offer is claimed. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

abc1 takes bonus abuse seriously. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk or hedging betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and using automated software or bots to generate bonus wagering. Where bonus abuse is detected, abc1 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and close the player's account.

6.4 Promotional Amendments

abc1 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Once a bonus has been actively claimed and wagering has commenced, the terms applicable at the time of claim will generally be honoured. abc1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the withdrawal or amendment of a promotion that had not yet been claimed by the player.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abc1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 18;
• Registering more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information;
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward abc1 staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the abc1 platform or its underlying technology.

7.2 Anti-Money Laundering

abc1 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. The platform applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls including transaction monitoring, player due diligence, and reporting obligations. abc1 reserves the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player where required by applicable law.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request to close their abc1 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, abc1 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

abc1 offers a self-exclusion facility for players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem. Self-exclusion prevents access to the account for a period selected by the player, ranging from one month to permanent closure. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period. 8.3 Closure by abc1

abc1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or abusive behaviour; failure to complete KYC verification; reasonable suspicion of money laundering or criminal activity; or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to abc1 or other players. Where an account is closed by abc1 for a material breach of these Terms, balances may be forfeited.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An abc1 account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. abc1 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as stated in the cashier. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Any balance remaining after deduction of fees will be returned to the player upon request, subject to identity verification.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the abc1 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and abc1 with respect to your use of the platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and abc1 on the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
